1.0.0.0 | Forum/Chatroom guidelines


  • 1.0.1.0 - No Spamming


    Spamming is a type of message that is deemed useless and unfit for the topic or scope of either the theme of the current conversation or the general written language in question. Examples of which are categorizes as such but are not limited to:
    1. 1.0.1.1 | 70% - 100% Caps
    2. 1.0.1.2 | Repeating words or general messages already known to the public or forum.
    3. 1.0.1.3 | Showing inconsideration and deliberate disrespect for the scope of the subject and trying to throw off the nature of the conversation at hand.
    4. 1.0.1.4 | Showing and/or displaying irrelevant and distasteful grammar/spelling on a constant and self-aware basis.


  • 1.0.2.0 - No Flaming

    Flaming is a genre of written or spoken language that is created to deliberately belittle and direct disregard to the other`s own opinion, point of view, or preference in a certain situation. In most to all of situations, this leads to mindless fighting and division of groups, without regard to anything related to the initial subject in which the flaming originated. Flaming can be categorized as but is not limited to:
    1. 1.0.2.1 | Being obnoxious to the other person and disagreeing with the other person`s opinion in a stubborn manner.
    2. 1.0.2.2 | Using profanity in a stubborn and consistant manner.
    3. 1.0.2.3 | Having a predetermined or prejudiced idea or standpoint on a subject without onsidering the opinions or point of views of the other parties.

  • 1.0.3.0 - No Prejudiced behavior


    Also a sub-branch of flaming, Prejudiced behavior is the act of having a predetermined thought or fallacy towards another group or generalization. This can be categorized as but is not limited to:
    1. 1.0.3.1 | Using predetermined thoughts to judge a person based on race, creed, religion, gender, origin, color, spiritual/philosophical thoughts/beliefs and/or another type of opinion.

    2. 1.0.3.2 | Having a bias judgment onto a certain person in a mechanical term of the site, such as but not limited to, Moderator upgrade in rank.


  • 1.0.4.0 - No Advertising

    Advertising is a type of literary or visual/audio media that offers an alternative or opposing community, in most cases in the form of a link or other persuasive speech. If such an occasion is happening under private messages or chats, please forward them to an administrator for disciplinary purposes. This can be categorized as but is not limited to:
    1. 1.0.4.1 | Repetitive link dumping into a website category, including but not limited to the forum and the chatroom(s)

    2. 1.0.4.2 | Recruiting people using the PM or PC system in the website.

    3. 1.0.4.3 | Plotting to Mass mutiny under a prejudiced behavior or predetermined fallacy. (see article 1.0.3.2)
2.0.0.0 | Rights & Privileges

  1. 2.0.1.0 | You have the RIGHT to express your views or opinions in a given conversation.

  2. 2.0.2.0 | You have the RIGHT to combat your ban or de-mod in the designated forum.

  3. 2.0.3.0 | You have the RIGHT to ignore anyone in the website or chatroom, including the admins. If the latter, please note that any and all infractions will be forwarded to the 3rd offense.

  4. 2.0.4.0 | You have the RIGHT to claim your purchases made at the PKMRT or Pokewholesale infrastructure if not received and/or not completed by the agreed terms of both you and the merchant(s).
  1. 2.1.0.0 | You have the PRIVILEGE of having an account at TBF or any of its infrastructures. These can be removed without notice by the administrators.
  2. 2.1.1.0 | You have the PRIVILEGE to have your rank on TBF as such (Ie: Moderator, GFXstaff, etc.) These can be removed without notice by the administrators.

  3. 2.1.2.0 | You have the PRIVILEGE of having the position or other type of market you dominate (Ie: A Pokewholesale slot, etc.)

  4. 2.0.2.0 | You have the PRIVILAGE of being a certain rank on the Chatroom(s). This can be removed without notice if the moderator/admin in question is not doing his/her job properly or has had or has a record of infractions based on any of the above**.

3.0.0.0 | Disciplinary Actions

  • 1st Offense | Verbal warning either through PC, PM, or public vestibule.
  • 2nd Offense | Either a minor Kick infraction through chatroom(s) or a Warning add-on via the forum disciplinary system.

  • 3rd Offense | A second Warning pip added to profile and/or a second kick in the chatrooms if applicable, followed by a Verbal warning.
  • 4th Offense | A one hour ban from the chatroom, if applicable and/or a third warning pip added to profile.
  • 5th offense |
    A 5* hour ban from the forum(s), the site, and the chatroom(s)


      *Any other offenses past the 5th offense will be dealt in multiples of 2. (Ie: 10 hour ban, 20, 40, 80, 160, etc)

      **If you have an issue with one or more of the chatroom moderators/admins, please contact the proper authoritative figures with a SCREENSHOT of the infraction and send it in the form of a PM or PC. Please note that if sent by the latter, the admin in question may/may not see your message in time before the message resets.


    4.0.0.0 | Disclaimer
